  • If I am interested in living in your community, where should I begin?
  • A prospective resident can easily start the process by scheduling a visit with a sales representative at Covenant Living of Golden Valley to discuss your retirement living options. You will need to fill out an application and financial report to start the process.

  • Who can help me through the process?
  • Contact the Sales Department at 877-825-9763 to schedule a personal appointment and tour. A dedicated sales representative at Covenant Living of Golden Valley will help you explore your options for retirement living and work with you during the application process, selection and refurbishment of your apartment, and move-in.

  • What kind of contracts does your community offer?
  • Covenant Living of Golden Valley has a wide variety of residency agreements tailored to suit your financial planning goals and needs.

  • What is included in my contract?
  • Your contract includes a definition of benefits, values and cost savings connected to your contractual agreement, such as resident financial obligations, care and services provided by your monthly service fee and other provisions for both community and resident obligations.

  • Once I select an apartment and contract, what is the next step?
  • All you need to do is to place a reservation of $5,000 on the apartment of your choice to secure incentives that are currently available. Your reservation is good for up to 90 days.

  • How long is the contract process? How quickly am I able to move into my new apartment?
  • If you choose a “move-in ready” apartment, the process can take as little as 30 days. However, if you choose an apartment with new selections/finishes, the process could take up to 10 weeks.

  • What if I am unable or not ready to move in immediately?
  • There are two options for joining our “future resident list.” The first is to complete the application process to be placed on our waiting list with “no money down.” For higher priority move-ins, choose the second option. Complete the application process and put down a $1,350 deposit, which places you on a “first right of refusal calling list.” Then complete the payment of $5,000 due ($3,650 more) to reserve your apartment of choice. This list creates priority for your floor plan choice, residential living location and move-in date.
